STEP 1: RESERVE YOUR SPOT

To secure your spot, please fill out the appropriate form HERE. Kindly contact us ahead of time since we have limited spots available and they fill quickly, especially during the busy wedding season. During this first step, you will also share more details about your special event and florals that are to be preserved. We also require a non-refundable security deposit to lock your spot. The deposit is later used towards the final purchase price. After gathering all the info, you will receive a confirmation email which will also include detailed Step-by-Step Shipping Instructions.

STEP 2:

MAIL YOUR FLOWERS

Ideally, you would ship your floral arrangement to us within the first three (3) days after the event. We will send out an email within 24 hours of receiving your package letting you know the condition your flowers arrived in and what the next steps are. We catalog all flowers by the date received and client’s last name.

Important Note: Please mail your flowers to us using NEXT-DAY delivery – no signature required. For successful preservation, it is crucial to receive your florals the freshest possible. If you live in the MD-VA-DC area, we prefer that you or someone on your behalf drop off your florals at our address.

STEP 3: PRESERVATION & DESIGN

Our average completion time is  4 months from the time we receive your flowers. After receiving your flowers, we will send you an email with confirmation and an estimated completion date. To make sure that you are 100% happy with your framed florals, we will work together during the design part of the process. We will send you detailed photos of the floral layout/composition for final approval before permanently sealing the frame.

STEP 4:

ENJOY YOUR FOREVER FLOWERS

Once your design is completed and the frames are permanently sealed, we will ship your artwork and send you tracking info to your email. We can not wait to hear your impressions once you receive your framed flowers!
