Shipping is offered through USPS and UPS. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Ask for an estimate during the checkout process. Alternatively, free pick-up in the DC/MD/VA area can be arranged for Tri-State customers. At this time, Flowerly Framed only offers shipping within the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all of our sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damaged during transit. If your item is unfortunately damaged, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the artwork at hello@flowerlyframed.com to alert us of the damage and a full refund or exchange will be offered. Please note, since each of our pieces is one-of-a-kind, we are unable to replace it with the exact copy.
